So yeah, it's Badge, and I decided to try this whole "NPC" thing.

This is Kitaro. AKA Gegege no Kitaro. He's basically youkai Mickey Mouse in Japan, but you've probably never really heard of him over here. He's going to be a recurring figure during 13th hour logs, with occasional posts in other situations. He has no Persona because he's actually a DEMON, so take that as you will.

oh and the theme song to his animes is the single most insidious earworm ever. you are warned.

Wingus here, bringing you two characters again - Momotaros has been cut loose, unfortunately, he just couldn't stick.

First up, we got Xellos, from Slayers. He's kind of a jerk and requires a Permissions Post, so go check that jive out when you've got the time. Otherwise he is gonna be hanging out, gathering all the information ever, creeping on anyone and everyone, and getting fed from all the negative emotions persisting through this city.

Secondly, I bring you Hidari Shoutarou from Kamen Rider W. He's an AU, as he's taken from the late trans_9, so he might recognize some people on-sight, and probably be mopey over being taken away from his friends. Also he's a detective, and he's going to be rather confused, as his agency shares a name with the infamous one of Hinoto-Ri...

So at least there's a little way to tell him and the canon Neku apart from one another. Yay!

Hello fair populace of Destiny Strings, Plus here, one of your modly things bringing two new people! Sorta.

The first is Shouhei Narumi from Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. Colon Cancer, who is the new NPC in charge of Rumors and the local Detective Agency. You might've met him during the Shining Trapezohedron plot at the start of last month, but now he's officially ready to go! Check out the Rumours/Agency post over here if you're interested!

The second is an actually normal player character, being Jun Kurosu from Persona 2, Jun being from the Innocent Sin side of things. You may recognize that because Pix and Andy play from it and they're jerks bad influences who wish to spread the message of joy and suffering that stems from this particular Persona iteration. Jun himself is a character that doesn't show up properly until the last third of the game, so let me know if you want to avoid Persona 2 spoilers if you've gotten this far without knowing! Other than that he likes flowers, astrology, space, and being incredibly angry and slightly creepy.

Adamaï is an energetic little kid who also happens to be an eternally-reincarnating, shape-shifting dragon. He's from an excellent french cartoon called Wakfu, and if you've had more than a ten minute conversation with me you've probably heard mention of it at least once twice. Protip: he's adorable. He enjoys learning new words that end in ic sounds, roasting unattended cute fuzzy things for lunch, and summoning giant rock monsters for fun.

The first is Shiki Misaki nyantan from The World Ends With You! She's another transplant from a_facility because I am a horrible person. u_u This also means that she's sporting a rather trendy seamless black metal collar around her neck with 4210B engraved on it, and is a clone of her original self. This is a very touchy subject for her sobs. She's 16 years old and has an amazing talent for sewing which she will hopefully be sharing with you all in the future! If you have any other questions about her and where she's from please ask and I will happily oblige! P.S. The second is Miyabi Hanakouji kozyingaround / hanakozy from Persona 2 because some people are horrible enablers! Because she doesn't really have too much of a role in the original series, she is an AU version and has an expanded backstory and access to a Persona plus a story that I hope to make cool someday, feel free to pop in my journal and take a peek if you want but really dont my writing is horrible. ouo She's a quiet girl who loves to cook and read, and with her arriving Eikichi Mishina is officially off the market. You're welcome sorry ladies.

OKAY HI this is Frankie here again with another character: Benjamin Linus from the television series LOST. You might have heard of it. There's polar bears and watching it will probably make you never want to fly again unless you are Pit, then you will want to fly regardless.

Ol' Benji here used to be one of the show's major antagonists before the Tower Arcana happened. If you're one of those people who stopped watching around season 3 or got as far as late season 2, then you'll know him as Henry Gale, the guy they kept locked in the hatch for suspicion that he was one of the Others terrorizing the crash survivors and TAKIN MAH BOY. Spoilers: he was one of the Others! In fact, he was their leader until, you know. Tower Arcana. He then spent two seasons being a snarky, manipulative, lying bastard (like he was in seasons 2 and 3 but he was more viscous about it) until he got used by black smoke to kill some dude living in a foot.

Anyway, Ben has turned a new leaf and is not so much a lying, manipulative bastard, although he is still pretty sneaky (and snarky because you can't get rid of such god tier snark). I wouldn't say Ben is a ninja, but his weapon of choice was a collapsible baton he presented as a harmless black cylinder before he whacked people upside the head with it. He knows how to turn the tables around pretty quickly and slickly!

In case you couldn't tell, he's my favorite character on the show.

He lives in Pisces 6-07. His arcana is Hierophant, and his unlucky arcana are Emperor, Devil, Hanged Man & Tower.

This is Lanister and he's a demon. Full range of his powers and whatnot are in his app but, really, he's not likely to use them...unless he can't reach the remote or something, then he might.

Lanister is snarky, sarcastic, manipulative (when he wants to be), and sometimes just downright rude. However, he doesn't really follow The Rules in the sense that he ruins lives--but only of people who he feels deserve it.

Really, he's kinda squishy on the inside, but only time and observation or mind reading would really show that. He enjoys living a hedonistic lifestyle and would rather lounge around eating tiramisu than doing truly demonic things.

He lives in Pisces 7-06, his arcana is Magician and his unlucky arcana are Fool, High Priestess, Moon & Empress .

hey so it's Matchre with another character you've never heard of and this is swiftly becoming my catchphrase

His name is Ryu 1/8192 and he's the protagonist of the very last Breath of Fire game, Dragon Quarter - it is a Very Different game compared to the rest of the series. He's also a re-app, so he's already used to Hinoto-Ri as a place/summoned his persona exactly once and was freaked out by it, but didn't really make a memorable person out of himself in the past so oldbies won't recognize him. tl;dr: of his deal - Ryu is terminally ill with Awesome Dragon Powers that are too much for him to physically handle, and is still getting used to living in a society that isn't a) underground and slowly dying off and b) doesn't treat him as worthless because of a dumb caste system. He's also his world's equivalent of a cop, and feels useless if he's not working to help people. Protagonists, I tell ya.

He's Temperance arcana, and his unluckies are Hanged Man, Chariot, Fool & Hermit. Nowadays he's rooming in Libra 7-07!

Hey there, name's Pierrot (as in the French name for sparrow, not the sad clown...) and I'm bringing over Zero, the protagonist of Mega Man Zero. It's a pleasure and honor to be here.

Zero was once a legendary Reploid - an artificial being that can act with free will and thus think and feel just like a human can - that fought against Maverick Reploids, those that acted out of line with intent to hurt humans and other reploids. He vanished from history at some point for many years, and in his leave the world changed quite a bit. X, Dr. Light's reinvention of Mega Man and another legendary Reploid, created a utopia named Neo Arcadia but at some point the government decided that only humans could enjoy its luxuries, wrongly marking many reploids for death. "Zero" was re-activated and fights against Neo Arcadia in the name of the oppressed reploids and the humans that help them. Or rather, did, before being brought to Hinoto-Ri. Without most of his past memories though, one can only wonder if he's truly the same Zero as the one in his world's past.

Some notes:
▶ His current canon point is between MMZ1 & MMZ2, though very close to the prologue of the second game. Those that've played the games know what kind of shape he's in at that point, and he'll have to start from the ground up again once Caduceus or others get him repaired.
▶ He has the Hermit arcana currently. Zero isn't much of a people-person, but he will help protect those that need it from unjustified attacks.
▶ His unlucky arcana are The Heirophant, Death, The Fool and The Emperor. Quite fitting, I have to say.
▶ Ciel, another character from the Mega Man Zero games, is a special NPC as part of The Seven, and is currently available for apping in the future. It was a treat to find this out while getting Zero here, so here's hoping someone takes up the idea. Mods, I'm curious to see what you have planned in that regard.

His current residence is in Pisces 8-02. Looking forward to playing with you guys in-game.
