So yeah, it's Badge, and I decided to try this whole "NPC" thing.

This is Kitaro. AKA Gegege no Kitaro. He's basically youkai Mickey Mouse in Japan, but you've probably never really heard of him over here. He's going to be a recurring figure during 13th hour logs, with occasional posts in other situations. He has no Persona because he's actually a DEMON, so take that as you will.

oh and the theme song to his animes is the single most insidious earworm ever. you are warned.
