'SUP GUYS.

Wingus here, bringing you two characters again - Momotaros has been cut loose, unfortunately, he just couldn't stick.

First up, we got Xellos, from Slayers. He's kind of a jerk and requires a Permissions Post, so go check that jive out when you've got the time. Otherwise he is gonna be hanging out, gathering all the information ever, creeping on anyone and everyone, and getting fed from all the negative emotions persisting through this city.

Secondly, I bring you Hidari Shoutarou from Kamen Rider W. He's an AU, as he's taken from the late trans_9, so he might recognize some people on-sight, and probably be mopey over being taken away from his friends. Also he's a detective, and he's going to be rather confused, as his agency shares a name with the infamous one of Hinoto-Ri...
