A Role Reversal! A Culprit Finally Steps Forth! ▼

As you may seen by now, the plot has just taken a strange turn. Someone once thought to be a harmless NPC has shown himself to be a mastermind behind the scenes, but his motivations continue to remain a mystery. Who is affected, what has been lost and what needs to be fixed remains unclear. Numerous important figures have gone missing in the wake of tonight's events, and the city needs to be rebuilt. Who are his allies? Where is everyone? How will the city cope?

What you do know is that the Seven, and the Wisemen are currently missing in action. There may be more too. It is now up to you, the players, to rescue them, and protect the city. Quite a hefty portfolio you've suddenly been given.

Unfortunately this will take time. A lot of time. As they have been banished to who-knows-where in the multiverse, the best you can do now is hope to find them all before endgame. Each rescue will help restore the city in its own way and offer bonuses either to the population of Hinoto-Ri or to you as players. How the game progresses will depend on who is rescued and when. Rescues will happen about once every 2-3 months in game time. This is, of course, completely independent of the normal game plot, the zodiac monsters and other player plots.

Welcome to Chapter 2 of the game. We hope you'll have fun with us in the upcoming years, because there's a lot more surprises to come.

Player Vote Determines Which Missions come first ▼

So we mentioned that the plot will now be even more affected by what choices you make OOC and IC, and we aren't kidding. When there is a month with a rescue event, players will be able to decide who they save next. How many characters participate in each rescue plot will depend on where it is, as each character is stuck in a certain world, each with their own setting and different rescue mission type. There are three difficulty levels as well - the easier missions means people with lower level Personas will had less trouble to join in but the harder a mission is, the more difficult the foes you encounter may be and may result in larger injuries. This does not mean a lower level player cannot join, but to expect more resistance.

You'll need to plan accordingly.
