Make note that this is NOT the major mod post that will be posted up tonight. Rather it is a planning post for the Pandemonium Log. As it is posted at the bottom, we highly suggest you form teams and go out in the city either helping repair the electrical powers, saving civilians, going to see what is happening in the affected sectors you were warned about....or just taking part of the chaos.

It is entirely up to you what you do. There are no set limits and we will reply as needed depending on your actions. There can different open threads doing different things, but what needs to be done is to save a city that is in current chaos.

We encourage creative thinking and planning here. You do NOT have to log everything if you don't have time, simply replying here on what your character would be doing and we can adjust accordingly.

Okay so. Desco here is going to be flying around saving as many people as possible, making sure that everyone she saves knows that she is 'Queen Desco, ruler of Hinoto-Ri!' She'll basically be crashing threads at random, as long as they're fight threads.

As for my other characters: Kotoha is in her homeworld currently, so she won't be part of this. Sarah is currently a kid and will probably not be much use, which isn't to say she won't be doing anything - given the setting she's from, this is actually a depressingly normal occurrence for her. She'll be gathering up as many other kids as she can and herding them somewhere defensible.

EDIT because I don't pay enough attention to dates. Sarah will be in full-on Combat Mode, roaming around the city blasting things.

For the sake of giving her something to do during all of this, I'm going to say that the child curse has run its course on Fumi by the time the worst of the chaos hits. And since this is really more background stuff rather than something that needs to be threaded out specifically, she's going to be alternately at JP's headquarters and the MAGI building attempting to get the power grid and the networks back up and running.

Agatha is grabbing her most powerful death ray, a couple of dingbots and some of her tools and heading straight for the magi building. If they're having giant fireballs over there, then that's the best place to investigate.


And Castle Heterodyne generates it's own power, so it should still be okay. If the situation gets bad enough, Agatha may allow people to stay there a while.

The Sheridan kid here will be grown back up for this, and she is a healer by default. She'll be trying to go around healing as many people as she can.

...but.

She's also learning very quickly that a certain somebody was actually right when he said that passiveness is just going to get you killed and there are a lot of healers as it is. She's got easy access to sharp knives because you need those for cooking, and her Persona does have Agi.

So I guess what I'm saying is if you want Aggie to try to save your character instead of healing them up after the fact, gimme a holler, please! Because she is going to be trying to do so.

Flynn can help with saving people from demon hordes, he will also explore the source of the chaos once he feels that enough civilians are safe from demons.

Maugris has been feeling vaguely unhelpful lately (until the big rush of events I was planning on having him actually say something to that effect). But a city in crisis is something he's got experience dealing with (even if it gives him flashbacks). He may make an attempt to get things organized and direct people toward tasks, probably somewhere near Pisces district. How long he's at this depends on how successful he is (i.e. if anybody listens to him). Once he thinks things are underway and/or realizes nobody much is listening to him, he's likely to head for the MAGI building or the Research Facility depending on who he can get working with him, if anyone. (He may or may not be under the impression that the show is actually being run out of the MAGI building.) He's likely to be attempting to take a leadership role in general... at least until he conks out at dawn, and after he wakes up again at sunset.

Erk will probably be trying to fight demons or heal injured people (that's what he has a staff for, after all). If someone points the idea out to him he may go in the direction of the power plant and try and restart things by pumping a Bolting into it, but he isn't entirely likely to stumble on it on his own. He could probably end up just about anywhere.

Also, couple random ideas, mostly for Maugris -

- He's probably mostly going to be relying on his Persona, but it's entirely possible he'll run low on blood if he starts using his actual magic extensively (or having to heal himself). Either someone will need to be willing to be a juice box, or they'll have to deal with him finding out what effect demon blood has on him... (I have no idea what said effect is yet.)
- Not everybody's likely to be happy with a random guy being in charge. Maugris has no actual authority and given that he's only out at night it's not as if a lot of people know him, even adjusting for big-city standards. Somebody might want to challenge his authority, which could end badly...

Nano is freshly outfitted with a keyblade, her Ultimate Persona, and a new Velvet Room Persona, so she is going to be out in the thick of it, fighting demons and trying her best to protect and save people. Given the circumstances, she'll probably be running into a lot of high level Heartless, so anybody else who can deal with those is free to piggyback on her post.

Her Personas are mostly outfitted for defense, so she'll be seeking out both people who can't fight for themselves as well as people who look like they can use some combat support. What combat potential her Personas do possess tends to be focused around the Light element, so she'll mostly be looking for demons that are weak to that.

At some point Desco will probably show up and be very worried but deal with it anyway because this is obviously important to Nano.

I am actually kind of hoping they can use Mech Taco again.

Okay, while Atoli is busy catching them all, Faris has been getting a little restless.

Naturally, it was about time there was something big happening she could do something about. She's not going to be content with anything less than getting this thing solved.

Fortunately, blundering around in search of the source of the problem has sometimes been effective in her experience anyway.

Naoya is going to be attempting to get to the Leo district and get into some of the government buildings with his status as a network administrator in an attempt to get the network and electrical grids back online.

Taro is making finding his friends a priority so he'll be making sure Hizumi and Ayumu are safe before doing anything else - probably attempting diplomacy with some of the demons and utterly failing.

Otoha is still a kid right now and is going to be attempting to fight anything that looks at him funny until he gets bigger. ... At which point he will attempt it again. He probably needs to be dragged to safety.

Allelujah and Hallelujah have differing goals right now - Allelujah is going to be attempting to herd civilians to safety while Hallelujah is going to be looting stores for anything useful and getting into whatever fights he can, so they'll be doing both depending on which one is in control.

Garviel is beginning a one-man war against the demons in defense of humanity. Some friendly demons might get caught in his crossfire as he indiscriminately terminates any non-human life out there in a towering rampage like they see from him every now and then. A fully armed and operational super soldier who has lost most of his close CR that keeps him from instantly becoming a wild dog again.

Okay. I'd really like a little help/plotting assistance here, but I'm not entirely sure what all my characters should be doing. Sasha is away in the Pokemon world, so she's out.

Germany is definitely going to be out there saving civilians and kicking demon butt. He'll be escorting who he can to safety, or at least dragging them out of trouble. His main priority is safety for others, however.

Apollo... I'm stuck on whether he'll actually have the guts to go out and save people or not. Perhaps, while he waffles over how willing to risk his behind he is, he'll be standing outside the Pisces apartment complex and probably a prime target for demon attacks.

Fattycakes will probably be cowering in his room unless someone wants to do something with him.

MiRa (here's a new one! Yes, I still need to make her OOC intro... sorry...) will definitely be out blasting demons with lasers and probably awakening her Persona in the process. She'll be in her Justice Rider form, just so you know.

Noda will most likely going around defeating demons that are running amok, while looking like one himself because he can be kind of scary while he's fighting big groups of enemies.

He's not so much of a group player most of the time, but in the state of an emergency he's a little more willing to help out in groups (even though he may not look like he's happy about it). He actually does better if someone gives him directions, so it would be nice to form a group from time to time!

Of course, feel free to have people running into him thinking he's some crazy demon or something taking part of the chaos!

Planning/Plotting/Hatching a scheme

Dagran's probably going to be a little confused, since he's been AWOL and exploring the backstreets as much as he's game to, but he'll probably be trying to find familiar faces and sort out what he can. I'm thinking it could also be a good chance to have him meet his persona for the first time proper if he gets into trouble, since he hasn't had a chance to play with poor Berith yet!

Other than that, he's free to nigh anything since he'll be mostly confused and lost during his first big bout of drama that...doesn't involve free food and cute outfits.

After returning to normal, Miyako will be checking in on a few people (Fumi, that means you) before going out to search for clues. She will, of course, defend herself with her demons and spells.

Also, using her new giant Velvet Room Persona. Who wants to see a large skeleton?

Since he was unaffected by the child event, Otonashi will be set on helping those in need, gathering up non-perishable supplies (in case this lasts), and organizing a run down to their canon's Guild (which... I need to post to the accepted buildings, oops).

He doesn't trust trying to use the compromised network for very much right now and will be looking for safe spaces to keep people warm, supplied, and out of the mess. He will be fighting when necessary. Oh, and he's kinda terrified of fire now so he'll be trying to avoid the area of the explosion... at least at first.

Hizumi will be with Ayumu and Taro, most likely trying to book it over to Ayumu's apartment so that they can arm themselves. Not really sure on any details besides that, but I figure they could probably be encountered along the way?

Aoi is still going to be bitty which means someone's going to have to find her a safe place to hole up in. I'm thinking I'll have it wear off in the midst of the event so she can at least be somewhat useful!

Sam here is probably going to go into hiding by probably slipping into the sewers or the river. I might actually put him out in his true form for people to encounter, though a) you'll get the worst headache looking at him and b) you'll probably get a very angry Sam if you try attacking him. Either way, since he's a selfish jerk, he probably won't be saving anyone's hide, and will just wait until this all runs its course.

Shura will start off as a bitty protected by her Jack fanclub, then she will go back to normal and unleash the righteous fury of Vishnu and Shiva! She take this thing rather personal, in fact.
