GATHER ROUND FOR SOME FINAL

SCORPIO EVENT INFORMATION AND UPDATES!!

As was talked about in the previous mod post, this month is the SCORPIO ZODIAC EVENT!. If you want to refresh your memory on what the event is, go [HERE]

LOGS
► Most of the demons will either be busy with Scorpions themselves, or some will be attacking you since they also have a bunch who are Scorpio too! Everyone is wearing the mask.
► You are allowed to NPC the scorpions, townspeople, and demons if you'd like for each other's logs. Anyone who is a Scorpio acts like a creepy Zombie and is overpowering, so you will have to team up for the most part.
► The Scorpions look [LIKE THIS]. When killed they LEAVE A CORPSE but once the Boss is defeated they will VANISH. Even if you've gutted / collected some of them for study / etc. They attack with PHYSICAL and POISON.
► TERRIBLE OPTION: You can kill a few civilians if you'd like to do something really terrible and have a murder on one of your character's hands. We're not talking bloodbath, maybe a need to defend against a Scorpio.
► We'll try to send in some NPCs to help in some logs but they might not appear everywhere.
► You can backtag as long as you like and make logs for it as well! Go out and have fun!
► There is a planning post below if you want to plan out things with others!

SCORPIOS
► The Scorpios will attack with you, and you are much more powerful than usual. You attacks all hit 1.5x harder
► Obviously you can be defeated, it will just take more people and users than usual

BIG BOSS BATTLE:
► Will be logged on the 24th but take place on the 23th's 13th hour (we're just spacing it a day so people can do logs today)

Elaine might try to talk some sense into some of the Scorpio, Leo, Aquarius and Taurus...es she sees, and when that doesn't work then she'll try to knock some sense into them. So uh, who wants to get punched in the face?

Xion is gonna watch Aqua defenestrate somebody and possibly get hassled by scorpions but beyond that I have no plans.

Maybe her getting poisoned if anyone's interested because playing with status effects is fun. :V

If anybody needs help though, she's pretty good with all sorts of magic from her home world - fire, blizzard, thunder and aero (wind) spells specifically, plus healing. She hasn't awakened her Persona yet, but... maybe soon or maybe even with the event idek what is organized planning.

Also in dire circumstances she might pull out her Keyblade so. There's that.

I have vague plans with Latooni, but if anyone needs Basic Analysis or a buff Latooni will be going around distributing support later on.

Meant to put this in one post whoops:

Meetra is going to be going out trying to save people from scorpions while Feared, because Jedi. Just hope her hands don't shake too much. If anyone wants a rescue from a dashing Jedi Knight let me know, otherwise this will be random.

Both Nick and Guybrush are sort of down and out, although Nick is probably slightly more capable of forcing himself to shrug off the effects of the fear than Guybrush (unless, say, someone important to Guybrush is in trouble anyway). Nick is mostly good for viewing other folks' Personas and casting a defensive spell, the former of which MIGHT be useful for anybody who runs into a Scorpio, but he's not much good at anything else right now since he can't focus enough to use his focus.

Misery, of course, is fair game. I HAD a closed thread, but I might open it up for the CR opportunities, since I'm basing my decision on her eventual (way down the line) ultimate Persona on her number of successful social links.

Luca's gonna be experimenting with her Dive Therapy and calming Cloche down from her Leo panic.

This teechnically needs supervision, if anyone has a character that takes orders well and isn't terrified of technology. It's no scorpions, but it's an in for CR and future Dive Machine shenanigans.

(I might be a bit slow, but I'd love to backtag this stuff and I could get a log up for it tonight if someone were interested. hopefully next event Luca can be more out there!)

Sasuke will be running around trying to avoid scorpio(n)s and kind of sucking at it, because despite his good intentions he's also not nearly practiced enough to handle so many enemies at once. WHEE CAPRICORN.

He'll try to avoid people so they don't get caught up in the scorpiostorm, but if that happens he'll do what he can to be helpful.

Arturia due to fear making her sloppy and appeals to her pride while hella freaked making her stupid, is going to wind up kidnapped by Eikichi to give Mordred motivation to join in on the boss fight.

Minami I have no idea what I'm going to do at this point since I'm still getting the hang of her again. She's not affected, but she'll likely go around trying to help people.

I was really hoping to get Duo's Persona unlocked somehow during this event, but I'm kind of at a loss on how to go about it. Anyone have any ideas?

His persona is the Grim Reaper, which is good at doing physical damage and at resisting physical damage, which I imagine as it being able to phase through solid objects. If, you know, this is relevant to anyone at all.
