Alright, let's get down with what we promised yesterday! Here's part 1 if you haven't read it already!
▼ 4th Wall End
One last post is coming, but the event is officially over! Once again, thanks to everyone, but remember you can still backdate to your heart's content.
Since you'll want to know what happened, the last post will be as follows: Snidley Pridelash reappears, having been brought back to life from the power of the rumors. He was the cause of the Geartopia device malfunctioning. Once he is defeated, the missing gear will be put back into the machine and people will be able to return to their homes.
Whether or not your character participated IC in this or not is up to you! However, those who do tag this final event post and the previous post looking for clues will end up with certain interesting items that will be useful in the city.
In any case, the mayoress promises that you too, shall be heralded as great heroes. Maybe if you come back in twenty years there will be more statues...
That being said, life goes back to normal in the city! Resume your normal tagging!

Welcome back to the city! How about glancing at this too overly adorable post as Isabelle is here to deliver to you the official city stance on the Visitors, hopefully in a way that doesn't make all the students who weren't attending class want to flip tables (probably). Go read and reply and maybe your character can fill out that Visitor Satisfaction Survey...
▼ Max Soul Personas!
We've teased this but never posted concrete info, so here's what you always wanted to know on how Ultimate Personas will work!
▶ Ultimate Personas will require you to fill out a form (we're finishing the details of that, so expect it tomorrow night with the Geartopia final post).
▶ The reason for this is that Soul Personas are much more tied to your character. We require you to fill out the form with how your character has grown, for better or for worse, in the game. Soul Personas awaken during a time of great need and a great understanding with oneself.
▶ Yes this does mean, in a way, that you will be requesting player plots. How they gain their Personas is up to you, but keep in mind we may refuse/suggest other ways for them to gain it, depending on your justifications.
▶ The point of this is that Ultimate Personas have to be earned, showcasing the evolution of your character in Hinoto-Ri. This does not mean you have had to be constantly posting either. We'd like you to demonstrate that the character has grown in the city and has come to mature, whether it be realizing the value of friendship or family or anything else.
Plus let's be honest; having a plot centered around your character is pretty cool.

The Rumor Office will be reopening under new management! The Rumor Office will work much like the earlier days of the game; rumors can be submitted, and once in a while the mods will pick one and make it come true. So start thinking about terrible rumors, because soon the town will be affected by them...

Hey remember that red gem with the eyes that leads to other worlds? Well this is just a reminder that it exists and you can submit world plots for it.

▼ FINAL OCTOBER EVENT: Halloween!
Aaaand finally, heading into the end of October, we'd like to announce our next event in advance! What's a demon-filled city without a few big scares on the most monstrous night of the year? Halloween is coming up on October 31st, and the Visitors are invited to join in the fun! Trick or treating, pumpkin carving, haunted houses - All of Hinoto-Ri is pulling out all stops to celebrate... including the demons.
As the night progresses, your character may find themselves subject to some... changes during the festivities. As your parents no doubt once told you, accepting candy from strangers is probably a bad idea. Slipped in amongst the treats, whether sold by vendors, received from trick or treating, or even purchased in stores, are some special surprises. The candies will be indistinguishable from the rest, but when consumed, will temporarily alter your character, in behavior or in form, for the duration of Halloween night. We'll have a list of possibilities for you and yes, your character can eat more than one for even more hilarious results. Let's see if the Visitors have what it takes to endure these fun and games.
