Hi! I'm Noka, and I'll be bringing in Margaret of Persona 4 fame and have another app in the works for Sissel, from Ghost Trick. (Probably'll be in by tomorrow.)

Margaret, if you don't know her, is a dignified-yet-emotional attendant of the Velvet Room, who typically only shows you her dignified side! She'll be trying to find herself a proper duty (and probably settle on trying to learn about Theodore) in the first few days. Because Philemon what are you doing. :|c (Secondarily, she'll help out anyone who needs it and practice with her Persona - she'll probably be assisting in any missions when they appear.)

Sissel'll be getting his own comment in this thread because I haven't decided on his arcana and persona yet because I am that cool.

She's MARGARET, staying at PISCES 7-06.
She's of the EMPRESS arcana, and her unlucky arcana are the MOON, HEIROPHANT, JUSTICE, and SUN. (fuck the celestial bodies, stars are the shit. lookin at you saiduq)
Her persona is TARA, who's one of the first female buddha, and considered to be both wise and a trickster.
