This is Allelujah Haptism (and Hallelujah Haptism) from Gundam 00. They're a supersoldier that was designed for combat but was deemed a failure. ... Because of Hallelujah, who is Allelujah's murderous split personality. Yep.
But this isn't just canon H/Allelujah! Nope. They come in from Animus, aka helltower. So they've had a little character developmentthanks for that vivisection, Richtofen.
Important to note - those characters that can see through glamour will see them as this, with a yellow liquid inside and a glowing core. ... It's Animus, don't question the weird.
Anyway, they're a Pisces, Reversed Lovers, and their Unlucky Arcana are Strength, The Fool, The Devil, and The Tower (let us all take a moment to laugh at that, thank you RNG). Their Soul Persona is Sariel and they live in Pisces 5-10. I think that's about all the info you need.
