I am probably going to have her be locked up as she doesn't want to fight back. It's just not in her mind to fight back so she will definitely be caught and detained by the government in lockup.
As for what she'll be collecting or hoarding, I am going to imagine she's going to be collecting things from her dreams. Money, books, odd objects. She's going to try to find anything related to her dreams, or her effects, and hoard them like no tomorrow! This means people that may be like any of the people in her dreams. Anything, and all from her dreams!
Her emotions are going to be incredibly unstable. She's going to be afraid of everyone, and get very violent and cry a lot.
