That means if your character knows status effects, physical attacks, and wind and fire skills, if they are a Leo they could only use their fire skills. This goes for all their normal attacks and not just their Personas.

Wait, I'm a bit confused on the wording of the example here. Wouldn't the Leo in the example be able to use their physical attacks and fire skills, assuming that they can use the three types of skills listed? Or did you guys mean that they can only use fire out of the two options of wind and fire?
