Okay so I was thinking of bringing in a new character from the Geartopia event - she's the protagonist of a Monster Hunter-style video game where you basically create the character yourself.

I guess my basic question is - there's no canon appearance, voice, or personality for her, so does she count as a Canon OC or a Regular Character for the purpose of apping?
