Dual Persona OOC Plotting Post

So, Dual Personas!  That sure is a thing.  I thought it might be nice to toss up a quick plotting post over here so that everyone can plot and work these out with their CR in one convenient place instead of having to track everyone down individually on Plurk or AIM or whatever.  So let's do it like this:

1) Everyone leave a blank comment with your character's name in the subject line
2) Your CR will tag you
3) Talk about designing a Dual Persona together
4) ???
5) PROFIT

So Meetra doesn't get to contribute a New Skill, but Garvi does. I'm thinking one of Tarik's physical skills and one of Vima's support skills make the most sense, so Patra or Masukukaja and Torrent Shot or Rampage?
